Oils and Chakras - Aromachology
Chakras are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from
organ function to the immune system and emotions.
There are seven main chakras that are positioned throughout your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency, color, and governs specific functions. To achieve balance in all areas of your life, your chakras need to be balanced, in alignment and spinning just right. Essential oils can help you achieve that balance.
Essential oils are a great tool to fully experience all the energy that the chakras provide us with. Every oil brings a different characteristic for the chakra, one by one they help us to achieve the balance and alignment we need to be our best self.
Using the oils are simple - just apply the oil (diluted with a carrier oil) on your skin, or put some into a diffuser, or on a compress, or on your pillow, or during meditation - it really depends on how you like it best. Personally, I rub a bit on my wrists and smell it through the day, because essential oils can help balance chakras and keep them in alignment to ensure optimal health of the body, mind and soul, if used well.
The first step is to find out which chakras of yours need healing. You can get this done by a practitioner. I also offer this service for a small fee, so do get in touch if you'd like an Essential Oil Match done. I'd love to match you with the right herb/flower/mixture for you!
Now onto the general view about chakras and the scents that help boost momentum in them. Bear in mind, these are very over arching and getting an Oil Match done is very important to really get the most out of your oils. You'll find a lot of them repeated as many oils are diverse in nature and usage as they have a multitude of properties.
